Welcome to the British Virgin Islands and to Caribbean Cellars Website.  We have been serving the people of the British Virgin Islands since 1983 when we first opened our doors under the name A.H.RIISE.  In 1999, A.H.RIISE bought a small beverage company called Fort Wines and Spirits, merged the two and the resultant is Caribbean Cellars, Ltd.

Located just outside of Road Town, the capital of Tortola, we’re the leading supplier of exquisite wines, Spirits, Beers, Water, Tobacco and Juices in the territory.  Caribbean Cellars, Ltd. is honored to provide our customers with the best prices for a wide range of products from some of the world’s finest brands.
